The word cultivate conjures up in the mind images of plants, farms, allotments, gardens, vegetables, tractors, fields, animals, fruit, flowers.... the list goes on. Instead I chose to focus on an issue that is often forgotten and overlooked. The relentless cultivation of the ocean's fish stocks and the creation and cultivation of artificial fish farms....
